Sergej’s career so far has seen him amass skills in design and engineering, design coordination, project engineering, quality assurance and project managing across various sites. Up till now he has specialised in RC frames, steel structures, project engineering, site set-up / management and logistics. Long and extensive experience in Structural waterproofing and Temporary Works area. He is putting efforts to become one of the leading specialists for Net Zero and in the sustainability industry.
In the past decade, Sergej has worked on a broad spectrum of projects, from small domestic and commercial projects to big landmark projects with slipforms and complex structures.
He now looks to further expand his career with the joint formation of this company with a vision of innovation and success.

Chartered Structural & Geotechnical Engineer, with over nineteen years experience in the private and infrastructure sectors, assisting and advising clients from inception through to completion on a wide range of projects from refurbishment of historic and modern buildings to new schools, extensive residential mixed- use developments and commercial steel buildings.
Over 10 years experience in the UK relating to private and listed buildings confers to Antonino all the skills needed to ensure an efficient and unobstructive design to the most common and unusual situation. A deep knowledge of geotechnical matters and temporary work engineering are key elements assessing defects or structural conditions related to Structural Engineer’s Reports.
Alisha is a dedicated civil engineer who has just completed her MSc in civil engineering from
University of Greenwich. She has working experience in the field of civil and structural
engineering. She has worked in risk assessment, structural design of RC frame structures and
design of hydropower components.
She has also published research paper on Basalt fibre
reinforced concrete as a sustainable material for construction which will contribute to net zero
carbon. She looks forward to expanding her career as a civil engineer and acquiring knowledge
in the field.
